One day soon (hopefully), I am going to be out practicing medicine and I am going to be coming after you harder than you would believe. The things we are learning now and the equipment we get to work with are better than they have ever been and when I look around and realize how many great and smart people I am working with every day I know that your days are numbered.

So, enjoy it while you can. We’re coming for you, not to mention the fact that even right now there are some amazing things being done.
